General Information
- Lab Name
- ANA Reflex Comprehensive Panel
- Lab Code
- ANARC
- Epic Name
- ANA Reflex Comprehensive Panel
- Description
Initial screen includes ANA screen by IFA and by multiplex. The multiplex screen detects the following antibodies: anti chromatin, ribosomal P, Sm, Sm/RNP, RNP, SSA/Ro, SSB/La, Centromere B, Scl70, and Jo1. If either screening test is positive, identification panel ANARC2 will be performed at an additional charge.
NOTE: If the result of ANA Reflex Comprehensive Panel [ANARC] includes a comment suggesting follow-up testing with Anti DFS70 [ADFS70], please call the lab at 206-520-4600 to request add-on DFS70 testing to the existing specimen. For an ANA testing panel that includes ANA screen by IFA and by multiplex, and that will also reflex to DFS70 testing when appropriate, please see ANA Differentiator Panel [ANADP].- Synonyms
