 Lavendar Top tube: Centrifuge. Aliquot 3 to 4 mL plasma into polypropylene tube within 6 hours of collection and freeze at -70°C or colder.
Pearl Top tube: Centrifuge within 6 hours of collection and freeze at -70 °C or colder.
