5-10 mL RANDOM URINE – Fresh Sample. Send to Lab Immediately. Refrigerated add-ons must be run within the first 48 hours (otherwise can only perform on frozen samples. No late add-ons to samples that are stored at 4-8 deg C after 48 hrs.)

NO polystyrene containers collection cups or aliquot tubes.

Polypropylene or polyethylene containers only.
