Also Acceptable: 4 mL blood in ORANGE RST, GOLD SST, RED TOP or GREEN TOP tube
Pediatric: 1 Full LIME GREEN MICROTAINER
Unacceptable: GRAY TOP or GREEN TOP (Sodium Heparin)

Offsite Clinic or Other Locations:
