Expedite transport to the laboratory. Specimen must be received in lab at UW or HMC by 2pm for same day shipment to referral lab.
Specimen must be received by referral lab (National Jewish) within 30 hours of collection.

Expedite processing; notify sendouts staff on receipt of sample in lab. Store and transport whole blood at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Sendouts:
- Order NJH test: BELPT.
- Ship samples Monday-Friday on the same day as collection. Samples must be received by NJH within 30 hours of collection.
- If shipping samples on a Friday, specify "Saturday Delivery" on the FedEx airbill.
