Note: Serum/plasma must be physically removed from contact with cells within 2 hours of collection. Remove serum/plasma from SST or PST if testing cannot be performed within 24 hours of collection. No addon testing to gel tubes over 24 hours old.
Hemolysis should be avoided.
Stability: Samples are stable 24 hours if refrigerated. Aliquoted samples received frozen are acceptable.
