- Description
The concentrations of five vitamin D metabolites are determined by immunoaffinity extraction followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The reportable range is 5-200 pg/mL for both 1,25(OH)2D2 and 1,25(OH)2D3, 0.1 to 100.0 ng/mL for 24,25(OH)2D3, 1.0 to 200.0 ng/mL for both 25(OH)D2 and 25(OH)D3. with imprecision between 8.7 and 13.0 %CV, 5.1 and 6.0 %CV, and 4.5 and 8.0 %CV, respectively.
