Thoracic Oncology Reflex (THOR) Panel

This panel is composed of one or more tests from the following list, as determined by the agreed-upon diagnostic pathway: EGFR, BRAF, ALK FISH (Cytogenetics), ROS1 FISH (Cytogenetics), PDL1 IHC (send out), KRAS, MET, RET, NTRK1/2/3, ERBB2, NRAS, CTNNB1, MSI, and Pan-TRK IHC (send out).

• Requisition for UWMC patients
• Requisition for patients at SCCA (access and use limited to SCCA providers)
• PhenoPath requisition for PDL1 testing

Instructions: Complete the requisition that is most appropriate for the encounter location and submit as per the requisition instructions. Tissue acquisition will commence on receipt of a completed requisition.
