- Receiving Instructions
Centrifuge at 13,000 RPM for 2 minutes and separate supernatant liquid within 2 hours.
Supernatant is stable refrigerated up to 48 hours. If supernatant cannot be analyzed within 48 hours, freeze at -20 degree C. Testing can only be performed on stools sufficiently liquid to yield a fully aqueous supernatant after centrifugation.
